How it will Run: Parents to stay and watch

Class structure: We all know kids love structure and thrive when they know what is coming up next. The class will have the same structure each week with different exercises and skills to conquer as we go along.

1. Start sitting in a circle: A range of fun interactive stretches.

2. Cardio: Across the hall exercises, running, jumping, gallops and more.

3. Circuit: Involving jumping, hanging, balancing, co-ordination sections and more- Parents to help if child needed

4. Manipulation skills: hula hoops, spinning plates. juggling, ribbons ect.

5. Parachute: They all love a fun colourful parachute to play with at the end with.

If you have other younger children:

Option 1: Under 2s may join in for free if they have a sibling attending the class. Parent/Guardian will have to be with them for the duration of the class/while they join in.

Option 2: A Play pen will be set up for the younger crawling siblings, BYO toys for them to play with.

Price Per term Cost: $90 for a 10 week term - You may trial the first class and if it doesn’t suit your toddler you won’t be required to pay. If you decide to continue the term, Full amount will be charged.

5x class pass = $60 - if you would like to just drop in when you can an know you might not make it each week, this option is for you.
